Jeff Gosling Hand Controls Limited is the market leader in hand controls for disabled drivers in the UK.
Having already worked with Michelle Blair, Full Stop Ltd was the natural choice to help them implement a new website and develop marketing materials to a tight budget.
Michelle produced a marketing flyer template using their new logo and imagery, for use in Microsoft Publisher; a package that they were comfortable with. She then worked closely with the team to ascertain the key USP's of their products for the market that they were aiming at; then wrote copy for their flyer.
Using the new logo and imagery, she gave their website a total redesign, retaining the features of the old site that worked well and including an intuitive new menu structure and a fresh visual approach. The end result was quickly and cleanly loaded, accessible, standards compliant, optimised for search engines and easily maintained by their team.

Having made an assessment of their customer requirements, Jeff Gosling have identified the need to expand their online presence to include their whole portfolio of services and, in particular, to market their hand controls for disabled drivers. They wanted a facility where they could add pictures of recently converted cars, so their customers could view cars by make and see the hand controls as they would appear in their own vehicle. In addition, they wanted their team to be trained on the maintenance and development of the site so they could keep the site up to date.
